Puppy Dog
1st Oakes’Dancing Mystery (Dancing Prince and Bernard Sara) Stylish medium sized brindle and white terrier type puppy with a classically turned head that is smoothly packed up with a deeply set and well placed eye and a perfect bite. He has good length of neck with a shoulder that is moderately well laid and a good topline. Nice straight front and good feet. Well trained and attentive, he moves very loosely away and close coming back.
2nd Turton’s Bullambi Eye of the Storm(Ch Electro Kool Baracuda of Kilicabar and Phantom Gripper Katriona) There were several points about this white boy with a brindle eye patch that I preferred to my winner. Overall he is a more powerful and heavier boned puppy than the winners dog. His attractive headpiece is well turned and correctly finished but has an incorrect bite. He has a nicely laid shoulder and a straight front standing but at the present moment his weak pasterns and untidy feet detract from the overall picture on the move. Much of this could tighten with maturity.
Junior Dog and Reserve C.C.
1st Youngs Bellsbully Bonafide at Bullyview (Ch.Bullbrit Little Big Horn at Bullyview x Bullyview Special Potion)
This upstanding quality white male is medium sized and combines shapely bodylines with an air of masculinity. He used his well placed ears and keen expression to draw my attention to his long smoothly turned head with correct bite. He could use a little more width to his muzzle but that could come with age. He has a well let down forechest and good width between the front legs which stand straight on tight feet. His topline and tail set is correct. He moves well with drive coming and going. As an immature dog with plenty of virtue, he was a worthy reserve ticket winner to his dad on the day and much the same style.
2nd Chapman’s Inversu Solo Explorer (Ch Ounsdale Buffalo Bill of Bullyview x Hollbonny Miss Divine Me at Inversu) This one is a heavyweight lower to the ground with a dramatic well turned fully packed head, but his mouth is wry. .
Novice Dog
1st Wheatleys Bulterzar Head Boy(Holloville Live the Dream at Bulterzar xNoserettap Miss Teek over Bulterzar ) A heavy boy with a lovely head and a deepset eye. He has good round bone with decent feet. He is a bit longcast. Rear movement is strong and front has a weak right pastern.
2nd Nelmes Red Whinnel(CH Highcost Court Jester x Lonesome Dove of Tiapan)
Quality red and white, shapely and well made. Lovely head although without the turn and muzzle strength of #1. He has beautiful balance with good movement.
Post graduate Dog
1st Farrar and Grady’s Gillarias Nijinsky Man
This one knows how to play to the audience. He is a cocky low slung red and white, full of type with well turned head with good depth and width of muzzle. He has a scissors bite and good expression. Ears are well carried but set a bit back on the head. Shoulder is upright which affects his movement coming towards Lovely rear going away.
2nd Ogden’s Arenbull Finn MacCumhall (Emred Rising Sun x Bullard Living Legend)
This white is more upstanding than the winner but not a tall dog. He is a nicely constructed medium sized well balanced white boy with an egg shaped headpiece and correct bite. He has a short back, nice round bone, good front and rear and moves accordingly.
Limit Dog
1st Parker and Lewis’ Tawnbarr Paleface(Ch Apache Brave of Kilacabar x Tawnbarr Brindle Ideal) - Huge upstanding impressive powerhouse. He is a white carrying red male with strong head which is fully packed with squinty eye. Mouth off. This guy has a well laid shoulder and really nice feet for his size and great rear movement
2nd Wannop”s Porton Park Chaver at Charishalee( Charishalee’s Silver Dollar x Zacs Pride)-Opposite type to the winner. Compact short backed typey white with red eye and well turned head, nicely filled. Good movement away and close coming.
Open Dog
1st Young’s Ch Bullbrit Little Big Horn At Bullyview (CH Ounsdale Buffalo Bill ar Bullyview x Bullyview The Friend)
This shapely upstanding masculine white carrying true brindle possessed the ring and left no doubt that he would emerge victorious on the day. His rambunctious attitude and wickedly expressive well placed eyes and ears set off a nicely packed and long well turned headpiece with a good mouth. He has good reach of neck that smoothly fits onto his nicely laid shoulder. His back is a touch long but he maintains his topline on the move. He has a well turned rear with good second thigh and moves with determination and drive going away. Charging toward me it was not easy to get a perfect view of his front but his elbows are well tucked and his legs are strong, thick and straight and set off by perfect tight feet.
2nd Mills’ Marshalsea Hellraiser-A really well made upstanding black brindle with a strong long gently curved and well filled head, good ears and eye placement. He has beautiful round bone down to cat feet and well placed shoulder with strong forechest, He moves absolutely true in both directions and would have been awarded the movement trophy on the day if this class had been judged.
A special mention to Targyt Polar Ice-A typey beautiful headed white carrying brindle whose many virtues I have appreciated from ringside. He gave way today to Hellraiser on his front movement.
Veteran Dog
1st Crofts’ Tandorc Sweet William(Majico Interceptor X Tandorc White Velvet) A medium sized typey white with black eye nicely headed with good bite. This boy was fully enjoying his day out.
2nd Favill’s Krawen Blanco Taurus (Ch Kilicabar Stand and Deliver x Yungwood Carefree at Krawen) This veteran , several years older,, gave way to winners better headpiece..
Challenge Certificate-Ch Bullbrit Little Big Horn At Bullyview soared to the top without competition.

Minor Puppy Bitch
1st Littlefair’s Dikram Devil’s Dream(Ch Emred Devils’s Chance x Fairyland Dream at Dikram) Squarely built upstanding brindle and white. This is a strong headed girl with packed up head and squinty eye. Incisors correct with an inside canine. She has a lot of virtue but at this age is a little high in the rear.
2nd Lewis” Gordonsglen Anapola at Lennings (Am Ch Rising Sun and Gordonsglen Twelth og Never) Typey and lower to the ground than the winner. She is beautifully headed with a scissors bite but her topline let her down as did her front movement.
Puppy Bitch
1st Pilkington’s Javarke Alizarin Flash (Ch Javarke Jack Flash In this big and competitive class, this very promising flashy black brindle and white stood out. When viewed from the front her tiny dark eyes are deeply set in a fully packed head and highlighted by small well used ears. Profile is arced over into a good bite. She is a low slung medium sized girl with good reach of neck, smooth shoulders, and a topline that gives a little behind the shoulder on the move. She moves nicely coming and going away. She never quits asking for the win.
2nd Hickman and Shaws’ Bullambi Kona Aolani With Penbray (Ch Alecto Kool Barracuda x Phantom Gripper Katriona) -The opposite style from the winner, a big upstanding beautiful rich brindle girl who is statuesque and curvaceous viewed from the side. At first glance I thought that she would certainly be my winner in this class. Her head is long smoothly turned and with a scissors bite. From the front though, I felt her expression and muzzle strength were not as good as my winner . She moved well in both directions.
Junior Bitch
1st Probert’s Llanwenarth’s Love Actually(Cwndulais Flash Harry x Maplark Primmadonna of Llanwenarth) All white quality bitch with a smooth well turned head with correct bite. She has a nice shoulder and topline but falls down on front and rear movement.
2nd Mills’ Righstuff Coco Lace at Marshalsea (Marshalsea Hellraiser x Rightstuff Bewitched) Extremely doggy upstanding white bitch with a gorgeous well turned head, fully packed with a couple of incisors just off. Her strong body is carrying a few too many pounds today, which spoiled her lines She has really good movement for her size and weight.
Novice Bitch
1st Draper’s Albaeda Miss Isadora(Ch Emred’s Devil Chance x Marshalsea Midnight Lace at Albaeda) This typey bully brindle with wide white face was full of attitude, never put a foot wrong. She has a gorgeous head turned and full from the front with a close canine on one side. She has thick bone and good feet and is squarely made. She has a jaunty gait with a nice rear but moves closely coming towards.
2nd Pilkington’s Terjo’s Jolee at Javarke (Ch Javarke Jack Flash x Ch. Terjos’ Touch of Gold) Stylish white bitch with black brindle eye. She is shapely and has a lovely reach of neck which sets off a beautiful headpiece with good bite. Standing from the front she has well tucked elbows and a straight front. She moves closely coming towards and I would like to see a tad more bone in the pastern. With maturity and tightening this one should have a rosy future.
Post Graduate Bitch
1st Hickman’s Bullambi Ice Maiden-Squarely made heavyweight white with an egg shaped head and good bite. Front proper, moves closely in the rear. Carrying too much weight on the day.
2nd Probert’s Gimar Scarlet O’hara at Llawenarth (Ch Apache Brave of Kilicabar x Kiara Kisses) I loved this bitchs’ low slung cobby puppy fat scarlet and white body and to top it off, a gorgeous head. Alas, her bite was wry. I was impressed by her movement which was really exceptional for her bully type.
Limit Bitch
1st O’Neil’s Helizar Lady Luck At Khlolander(Ch Javarke Jack Flash xCh Granack’s Echo’s of Dawn) All white petite, typey, and perfectly balanced white with good bone for her size. She has tons of attitude and always makes the most of herself. Her head is long and well turned with good depth and width of muzzle and a correct bite. She has a full well rounded forechest and straight front which she uses well coming towards. She has a good spring of rib. She maintains a correct topline on the move. Her rear is a little close. I knew from the moment I saw her that she would be a contender in the final lineup.
2nd Cruickshank’s Seayess Alizarin Touche at Ballycruick (Celiteach Nimrod x Supernal Alizarin Too of Seayess) An lovely headed upstanding tri colour with good bone. Her topline is not as tight nor her back as short as my winner’s.
Open Bitch
1st Kilpatrick’s and McAllister’s Kilicabar Vampire Slayer (Ch Flashpoint Inferno at Kilacabar x Kilacabar December Song) Another petite classically made white handled to perfection. I have loved this one from ringside. Her head is beautifully arced with a good bite and great expression. Her neck has a lot of reach and standing still merges properly into a smooth topline. On the move though, her topline gives a bit behind the shoulder. Her rear is good with drive, but she comes in a little moving towards me.
2nd Flemings’ Elfming Auriol (Int Ch Cardigan Prince xCh Elfming Aurora)-A lovely upstanding terrier type with sweeping lines. Long feminine head with correct bite, good expression. Neck, shoulder, and topline placement correct and moves well with lots of reach in the forehand. A close decision, between two bitches that are admirable representatives of opposite types.
CC-Another difficult choice as the two girls in contention, Lady Luck and Vampire Slayer are much the same type. I chose Lady Luck on her truer egg shaped head and stronger topline. As for movement, one was better in one direction, and one was better in the other. Two wonderful bitches, both credits to their breeders -I would be thrilled to have taken either home.
Reserve CC-Vampire Slayer.
At the end of the day, Ch Bullbrit Little Big Horn At Bullyview was simply possessing the ring. He went best in show with some room to spare. I could not help but think what a good stud dog he should turn out to be and was pleased to learn that my reserve white dog was his son.
